While some men get golf clubs, old newspapers, or ‘Over The Hill’ merch they’ll throw in a drawer and never see again when ringing in the big 5–0, one two-timing husband got a gift he’ll never forget — a divorce from his wife.

Days before his birthday, lifestyle influencer @msmudflower decided to surprise her soon-to-be former spouse with a scavenger hunt … one leading directly to Splitsville.

“Hey babe, I got you a birthday present!” she began her now-viral video, handing him a festively wrapped gift bag.

“Birthday present?” he asked, grabbing the gift and unfolding the paper stowed inside.

“Hello dear, I’m here to say you’re 50 now, so happy birthday,” he began “I must admit, I pulled a stunt, so let's begin your scavenger hunt!”

After traipsing through their yard, a lake, their mailbox and several locales around their home, peppering in a handful of items and hygiene-related goods like soap, toothpaste and a toothbrush, @msmudflower ultimately led her husband to his truck, where he found bags containing his belongings.

“Your bags are packed, now don’t you start yellin’, I saw the text messages between you and Helen,” he began reading. “I’m done with the gaslighting and screaming ‘til we’re hoarse, so my last gift to you is that I want a divorce.”

Despite getting spectacularly dumped, @msmudflower’s husband seemed unamused.

“You didn’t really give me nothing?” he replied, looking visibly confused.

“Really? That’s all you’ve got to say?” she asked.

While it’s unclear whether or not he drove away, we can only hope this gift does not come with a return receipt.
